Multiple Security Deposits (MSD)

Multiple Security Deposits (MSD) is a payment paid in advance to protect the leasing company against damage to the car or nonpayment to the lease. MSD aims to lower your monthly payments by lowering your Money Factor Lease. Leasing companies that offer multiple security deposits allow customers to give up to 7-10 security deposits depending on the car manufacturer.

For every extra security deposit given, 0.00005-0.00010 is taken off the annual interest rate in return, reducing your monthly payment. You will receive your deposit back at the end of your lease term.
